Placed an order Feb 6th, still havent received the item over a month ago despite 7-15 day shipping time, tracking hasnt updated since Feb 7th. No responses on any emails given on website. Contacted on Facebook to which they requested my order number about a week ago which I gave straight away and not a response. Seems they've replied to everyone's complaint by saying get In touch with your order number but hows that possible when they dont respond
