I ordered a sofa nearly 5 months ago. Delay 1: Out of stock in the chosen color. Delay 2: We have it, but delivery to my area (Dundee) won't be for another 6 weeks. Delay 3: More than 6 weeks have passed, sorry. Delay 4: The sofa arrives but isn’t 'flat packed' as stated, making it impossible to fit through my doorway. It’s a corner couch in two parts, which they couldn’t fit in my narrow hallway, so they took it back. Delay 5: I ordered a different sofa confirmed as flat packed. Delivery date confirmed. The night before, I was told they couldn’t deliver that day. Delay 6: I received a text stating, "There is a problem with today’s delivery; our office will call you tomorrow." I was informed via WhatsApp that a £50 refund was processed, but another staff member texted me saying there’s no refund because they need to do a bank transfer or partial cash refund. I was also told no gestures would be offered for the issues I faced, and when I requested to escalate the matter, I received no response. I asked for manager details, but again, no response. I have emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages ready to share when they respond to this review with excuses, as I’ve seen in other 1-star reviews.
