This is a terrible and untrustworthy fulfillment house for orders. Their compaints procedure is crass and stupid. I ordered something from a Shopify merchant, got the acknowledgemen and had payment taken. Goods never arrived and the store does not exist when I click on the order link.To top it all the Shopify complaint form requires the order link, which does not work anymore.
