Very unhelpful, received the wrong item from one of their online shops.Tried several times to contact the online shop via email, online chat and phone without success (The Comfort Shop) .Reached out to Shopify, who processed the payment, to be told they can't issue me with a refund and I'll need to wait 30 days for The Comfort Shop to reply before they can further assist.Useless, leaving me with an item I didn't order and no refund.
