Hi everyone, I purchased some trainers from Feratto London on Shopify. I haven’t received my purchase and communication from the company has been awful. They don’t offer any updates about your purchase. After a long wait, I finally got response saying don’t worry your purchase is on the way. I wonder which way because I don’t seem to arrive.Very awful delivery and relay by the company.
