Absolutely horrible experience with Shopify.Started to build the website which was supposed to be "Plug And Play, but it was not. Then when I asked for help they suggested using Shopify partners, and guess what,now you had to pay to get help!!!Then they take control of your own website, basically steeling your website, and when I realised this I cancelled right away, only to be billed 25 euros for something I still dont now what is. I protested and gpt the reply" This email is not active,and your communication has not been received".Be very careful with these people!
