Purchased from a Shopify store, only for the website to disappear offline once I had paid and received confirmation of payment. The complaint/help chat was absolutely useless. After explaining I had lost money and that the website had gone offline this was the response I got from the online help line“ Alright! If there's nothing else I can help you with, I’ll go ahead and wrap up our chat here. Wishing you a wonderful rest of your day, and lots of success with your amazing store! I will be available for you via email in case you need further assistance”
