I’ve been a paying customer of Shopify and my account has been blocked for more than a month without any valid reason.I have complied with all requirements, submitted all documents, and respected their policies.Despite this, Shopify has:Provided zero explanation for the suspension.Ignored my support requests – their so-called “support” is just a chat bot that escalates nothing.Taken my money while keeping my store completely unusable.This is a total scam experience: I am paying for a service that Shopify refuses to deliver, and they hide behind their mysterious “Trust & Safety” team that merchants can’t even contact directly.Absolutely unacceptable for a platform that pretends to help entrepreneurs.If my issue is not solved immediately, I will move my business elsewhere and make sure other merchants are warned.
