Placed an order, had conformation and receipt, tried to contact them phone message at all times of day and night. When i did get a response after a threat of legal they gave me a sob story. and then nothing. SHOP has me going round in circles, stating i should contact my payment provider (which was them) they are as bad as the companies they deal with.
