Cancelled free trial yet being charged over the year. This is totally unacceptable. I reached out to customer support a year ago and charges continued. Reached out again regarding this and customer service is unsupportive. Steer clear if you want a website that is genuine and not out to take your money regardless!Forced to login again for a free trial to address the issue. Assuming I will be charged again as the issue will take longer than the trial to resolve? It’s not ethical. Should provide other ways to address issues and not force them to register again. Will be reporting to FCA.
