Shopify is allowing scammers to continue violating my copyrights, despite multiple reports. It seems they are protecting the scammers because they profit from their sales, effectively participating in the scam. Although Shopify removed two pages from the website where my digital products were being sold without my consent, the scammers have created new pages with the same content. The third page remains, and they continue profiting from my work. When I contacted customer service, they referred to ‘procedures’ but refused to share details or commit to removing the entire website. They suggested I report the issue to payment providers, Google, and ICANN, even though Shopify has the power to shut down the site and I have provided proof of the infringement. This website was created solely to sell my products without authorization. I once held Shopify in high regard, but now I see it as a profit-driven corporation with no ethical or human approach.EDIT: After escalating the issue and with the assistance of Ethan from customer service, the page I reported for violating my copyrights was removed on December 3rd (not the entire website). I will continue to monitor the site to ensure the scammer does not create new pages. However, I appreciate that at least the specific page where my products were being sold has been taken down.
