Avoid the “company” Sousanz.In March 2024 bought and paid £39.99 for a set of saucepans. Item has never been received and there have been no replies to any of my messages. No item. No refund. No messages. No customer focussed service. I’m a regular online shopper as disability restricts other shopping methods and this is a stand out alone poor experience.
