I paid 25 pounds to Shopify accidentally because I forgot to remove my credit card. Then I asked for refund. But Shopify says it's too late now! I worked as a customer success manager for years, and I know there is nothing impossible to do for the customer satisfaction. Of course Shopify could refund me if they really care about customer satisfaction! Such a shame for a brand which needs only 25 pounds of the customer who paid accidentally! Take my 25 pounds and enjoy it, I hope you feel rich now!
