Up until recently I had no problem with them. However I was trying to make a new website and took advanctage of the £1 offer, then decided not to make a new website, i was told that as long as there was no new website made I would not get charged. I already have an existing website with them. They have taken £25 for the website I do not have and now want paying for the one I do have. No one gets back to you and I spent hours on the chat trying to sort it out the other week. My bank took the money back but Shopify disagreed with them and took it back again. They seem to be scamming every one judging by the reviews.. I will take my website else where if they do not sort this out. I will also be suing them for loss of business if I can not access my account as I am not paying them twice.
