I started a £1 trial for a Shopify store. Decided not to finish building my shop part way through and tried to cancel it. Several months passed and I noticed a further £100 (4x£25) of payments taken. I requested Shopify support give me a refund which was passed to the billing team who refused to action any refund. Support agent Jasper had led me to believe the refunds would be issued due to the situation. Disgraceful service from a large company.
