I've been with Shopify since 2007 and would likely be one of their original users.However, I am deeply disappointed with some of Shopify's recent decisions, particularly the deletion of their reviews app and all the customers' reviews. It seems that some bad hires may be the only explanation for these poor choices.They claim they sent two emails warning of this action, which I received neither email.Years of product reviews are gone, and with it, my business.They should have exported the reviews as a CSV file, uploaded them to the store, emailed them to the store owner or both.How can a company that focuses on e-commerce not understand the value in the content of those reviews and take such destructive actions without any simple contingency plan? It beggars belief.
