DONT USE SHOPIFY!!!!A year ago, I thought I’d try online selling. I signed up to Shopify and at first all was good. I started getting sales. But I didn’t have time to continue the shop so tried to cancel my membership. For some reason it wouldn’t cancel and now they have been taking money for a year. I have tried time and time again to log into my account and when doing so they “send” a verification phone to my email. But this code does not come through. So I am unable to log into my account so I can’t cancel my membership. They have taken £70+ a month for a year now!!!!I have contacted support but they won’t talk to me because I am not logged into my account! BUT I NEED TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT GETTING INTO MY ACCOUNT!Do not trust this company, after coming on trust pilot I have read reviews and noticed that multiple people have had trouble talking to them. It is their fault I am unable to get into my account, yet they won’t talk to me about getting into my account. I have told them I have been trying to cancel my membership and the guy I spoke to said I have to wait to be contacted by a certain department as I’m not logged into my account so the customer service couldn’t do anything and that I have to be “patient”. I have contacted my bank to cancel and block the payments but every time Shopify take the payment they add a different code to the end of their name every time they take the payment so it’s hard for my bank to block. They have had over £800 from me now just though this one account. I am absolutely disgusted that they can get away with this.
