Impossible to speak to any human being; whether via email, telephone or live chat. Instead, they force you to have a conversation with a stupid A.I. bot; which is of no help at all.I find it absolutely laughable as I have a number of pre-sales questions. If a business doesn't let them ask any pre-sales questions, how can they expect any of us to purchase from them? I despise businesses who do this.I also don't like how they force you to use their Shopify Payments option; which I hate. I also worry about them freezing any income my business has generated.AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
