We've been using Shopify Payments for over 2 years and late Wednesday 31st Jan we received an email to say they would no longer be supporting us and immediately stopped payments, with no advanced warning or grace period - basically they sent an email and immediately stopped accepting any transactions/orders.Upon enquiring on the reason they seem to have changed their policy regarding preorder products (even though we have done so on Shopify Payments for 2+ years) so will not deal with us any more. The best part is they will not deal with us, but are quite happy to force us to use a 3rd Party payment provider and Shopify charge us an extra 1% on every transaction (on top of Stripe + PayPal's fees) - an option we have no choice in as we now can't use Shopify Payments.Extremely poor service and extremely stressful experience that means Shopify will be charging us an extra £500 in fees every month for third-party transaction fees for not using Shopify Payments (even though they won't let us use it)
