I really hope this review helps other people from been scammed by this company! I use shopify for my website platform and three months ago they put a 10% reserve on my account which means they have held thousands of pounds in my money ! This has seriously damaged my business as in return I can not afford to place my stock orders. This has caused me a lot of stress and has really effected my mental health. I originally looked at working with shopify for help building my business and they have done the complete opposite. The customer service is poor, I can only speak to someone about this very serious issue via email and they are not helpful or kind in any way. In fact they are the opposite, very dismissive and still have not given me an exact answer as to why they are keeping my money ! I spend hundreds of pounds with shopify each month and now I feel completely scammed ! They have no complaints procedures in place and I am looking into taking legal action against these scammers and will be moving platforms to a more trustworthy professional company.
