I was on a monthly rolling subscription. After pausing my store while on holiday I had to sign up again and reselect the basic plan - not realising that I was selecting to pay for a full 12 months upfront. I contacted them and was told it was non-refundable and that I could only use the credit. I recently paused again and now they've changed the basic plan and I've lost all the benefits that I already paid for upfront! I've been limited to only sell in 3 markets despite paying for a full year under the previous terms & conditions (no limit on number of markets)
