What makes this experience even more exasperating is the lack of transparency and communication from the Shopify Merchant Trust Team.Despite reaching out to them to understand the reasons behind their decision, the Shopify Merchant Trust Team provided a vague and unsatisfactory response. Their assertion that my business posed a level of risk lacked specificity, leaving me bewildered and frustrated. What's more baffling is that my business model is similar to numerous other sellers on their platform who continue to operate without issues.The Shopify Merchant Trust Team's inability to offer a clear and coherent explanation is utterly unbelievable. It not only showcases a lack of accountability but also raises questions about the fairness and consistency of their decision-making process. As a seller who has invested time and effort into building a business on their platform, I expected better treatment and more transparent communication.The seemingly arbitrary closure of my account and the subsequent holding of payouts for 120 days have left me deeply dissatisfied with Shopify's services. I caution fellow entrepreneurs against relying on Shopify without thoroughly considering the potential risks and uncertainties associated with their merchant policies.
