Literally love this app. I've been using it for over 2 years with multiple successful stores. I love almost everything about shopify, except the costumer service. The german support team service was really great they were the best and always friendly. Now all german support teams got fired... I have never experienced such a bad American support team in my life. They don't help at all and make everything so complicated. They are not useful, never help and are so unfriendly. Even if I write to them in English, they don't really understand me and that shows the lack of intelligence. I'm shocked because they can't help me with even the simplest problem.|
