I am a customer of retailers that use shopify and would urge retailers NOT to use them. I have suddenly found that to proceed with payment the system wants to send me a code on a phone number that I haven’t been using for years now. I have tried to contact shopify about this and wasted lots of time in vain. So glad I don’t have to use them as a retailer as it’s impossible to speak or chat with anyone. The retailer has just lost a sale as I can’t proceed with the payment if I can’t access the code!
