Using the 'Shop' App from Shopify, I ordered and paid for goods from a foreign supplier ('hammocksbest.co.uk'), which never arrived despite being tracked and supposedly 'delivered'. On trying to contact them, I found that the supplier's email and website no longer exist, and my latest email to Shopify has also 'bounced'. I darkly suspect that Shopify and traders on its platform are simply a scam. I am on benefits and cannot afford to lose money on fake transactions, so I shall be reporting the incident to U K Action Fraud.
