I purchased a dog bed on September 12th, it came with a free gift (which I didn’t want). The delivery didn’t arrive until October 9th, to add to the frustration the only item that arrived was the free gift. The courier (Evri) took a picture of it being put through the letterbox, when I noticed there was no big box or bag (the dog bed) I emailed them to enquire, they explained that this is all they had received for me in the shipment. I tired to contact Shopify, to which they advised submitting an un-submittable form. They have also stated that they “are not at liberty to confirm of deny if the merchant is using our shop platform to conduct sales” ….erm… but I bought it from your shop, they don’t need to confirm or deny because the receipts, details, products and screenshots are there. I tried to contact the merchant but they don’t have a webesite, and aren’t responding to my emails. I really wanted the bed but considering it’s been 3 months I just want the money back. Can someone please help me?!
