Thought I closed my account but they've been charging me for 6 months. They even know the account is inactive as they had a message when I logged in to fix it saying "Account inactive for 3 months - sending a security code to your email to access account"The support person I spoke to was nice and polite but was bound by Shopify's refund policy which only allowed them to refund the last bill. I thought a company of this size would be better and more understanding. Especially in a time where many are struggling financially. Most don't have money to throw down the drain for nothing. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed.Edit: My issue is being escalated to someone senior for review. I will edit the review if a positive outcome is achieved.
