I've been with shopify for little over a year now in my e-commerce upstart. The support staff, whilst friendly.. are inept. I've had 48h delivery issues that have taken a month to be resolved for my customers whom buy with insurance. They have no escalations management accessible by phone, only email. And when it takes weeks to get a response to an email it's a nail in the coffin that they shouldn't be paid to help you grow your business.
