Terrible Support. You go on chat, and it takes 5 to 8 minutes per reply, Cleary dealing with too many people at once. 11 replies took over an hour and two of them were automated hellos. As a new customer, they really need a onboarding team to get you up and running fast and help with the little niggles, without that, your just a number. Saying that, I'm still giving 5 star review for the actual ease of using the store, and the amount of apps you can use is amazing. Shopify in itself is a great Ecommerce solution, support is fine for day to day problems, but feel they do need to improve onboarding.Update: 07/10/2022After using the product for a week, yes its a great ecommerce solution, but there are a few problems:1) Categories are now called collections. Inventory management is so poor. If you have a store with 1,000 products, you don't have a clue what is assigned to a category and what is not, so you can end up with orphaned products.2) The ability to edit the product images is poorly implemented. You have to rely on Apps that you pay for to actually get the Cart working as per other providers. Bulk Image processing is not possible.
