I ordered a coat before Xmas 2021 from Ultamodan and have never received it. Now they say Shopify have taken over their business and to contact them. The coat was £40 and paid for by my mum. We've emailed Shopify today asking what's happening. If no reply then we'll go to my bank and ask them to deal with it.
