And say they have blocked it because of high risk I provided every documentation and the customer even signed a declaration proving proof the payment is Valid Shopify still say no tell me to refund the customer it’s been 3 weeks the. Customer had not received there refund Shopify have held. The money and are gaining interest my advice to all of you suffering to get your money out of. Shopify take them to court as I’m now doing don’t let them get away with it it’s against the law and I’ve researched this company where not the only legal suit going again Shopify they are beyond a disgrace and after now my business is suffering
