Avoid! The customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. After reporting a technical yet critical problem with my website I wasted 2 hours talking to agents using online chat who gave me wrong instruction then admitted they couldn't help. I was then passed to technical support who can only be talked to via email who wasted over 12 hours and 4 emails asking me to verify my identity and ignoring my responses. When asked for a number to call or to complain to was ignored. Still locked out of my own website!
