I got a sale and then fulfilled it. I sent out a product that a costumer had payed for but then randomly they tell me I can't have my money for an order I have already shipped out because I need to verify my Identity. So I send them the photos of my passport and of the utility bill and it says they aren't clear. I take another photo and it still says it isn't clear. this happens about 5 times until it says I have to contact costumer support which I do but they aren't responding and they still refuse to give me my money that they have stolen from me.
