If you are a seller and planning to sell with Shopify after a few sales they closed your account without any information and holding all the money for 6 months, if you are a buyer and if you buying something with Shopify website or their payment gateway in any cases store closer no way to contact seller. After all my investigation here is that the seller is honest but this Shopify is completely scamming and holding buyers money and blaming sellers. Seller sent all the evidence and confirmation emails from the Shopify support team.In their emails we are closing your website and funds will be held for 6 months. And also can’t cancel or refund money. But when I contacted the Shopify team they told me to contact your seller and all money goes to the seller bank account. Or else just contact the bank, my bank said this process takes months to investigate. After submitting all the evidence which I got from the seller this Shopify saying will not discuss because of privacy policy. After a long discussion with them I asked a straight question: Did Shopify hold buyers' money after asking this question, these scammers run away and till now I haven’t gotten a reply. I am going to submit all this information under consumer law provides protection to the consumer against your fraud and fake service.
