I've been with Shopify for 4 years and the last 12-18 months have been by far the worst experience since owning the website. Their support is non existent and appears to be farmed out to a call centre in the Phillipines and they have no knowledge of the company or basic website structureI am currently sat on a live chat that has been stuck on a wait time of 1 minute, I am now 20 minutes into this. This is after 2 agents closed the chat on me yesterdayMy company is making plans to leave Shopify as soon as we can
