Shopify allow scam stores to operate using their platform.I ordered using one of their customers websites on 1st October. I received an email from the store saying they would update me with delivery information on the same day.16 days later still no update on my order. I have tried to contact the store as they suggested... no update after waiting three days. I tried to report the store to Shopify but they have no number or livechat. Just a complaints form which they will take 30 days to look at (brilliant). I have decided to hit the merchant where it hurts... chargeback process triggered. Enjoy your £10 chargeback fee.I advise others to do the same through the credit / debit card company they used to pay for their order.
