Ordered my sisters birthday present (sunglasses) from a website called Pricestore (also goes under the name proboutique) on 31/1. Website said sunglasses would take a couple of weeks to arrive. To date, no sunglasses were received. Oddly, the website says they were delivered on 2nd Feb (they definitely were not). Have tried calling the shop multiple times, however their phone number is dead(?) Also emailed 3 times, however the email address is also dead...I've now contacted my bank to stop my card before it can be used fraudulently. Also tried to report the shop to Shopify, however every time I try it says there was an error? I have serious reservations about Shopify and it's own legitimacy if it can't even take possible fraud seriously. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
