Do not trust this company with your credit card information. I am Canadian, placed an order last month. All was fine. However this month, I received a 68 dollar charge in Canadian, having undergone the exchange. One problem—I had placed no purchase and did not have a subscription. The company quickly rectified this…so I thought. When I checked my credit card they had shorted me 4 dollars due to the exchange. Normally, I wouldn’t fuss over this, but this “refund” was for a charge that I gave no consent for. I am currently waiting to hear back, but I felt I had to warn people to beware of leaving their credit card information on their website. I would include an order number, but there is no history of purchase and I have received no explanation for why the charge happened.
