Horrible company! They sold glasses they didn’t have in stock for Christmas and didn’t let anyone know that they wouldn’t have their orders by Christmas. Admitted they made a mistake and then lied and tried to say the Christmas sale was for preorders which doesn’t even make sense. They refused to refund peoples money and would not communicate at all. Just ignored everyone and offered 10% of the next order as if anyone is going to spend money with them again. Deleted all customer complaints on social media and have decided to just pretend they did nothing wrong. Do not support this awful business.
