Read all the reviews and it made me feel less angry to know it's not just Me. When ShopMissa.com first came out and it was only lashes and glue things seemed to run more smooth. Now that it has turned into a beauty supply and the company is projected to be 10 million, the brands shipping and customer service are terrible. My first order was 3/22/2020. Back then most lashes really were $1.00! Not anymore. Now I see lashes up to $5.00USD. But that's not why I am writing a review. I'm writing a review because I think I'm directly being scammed now. The inconsistency in customer service relations and the constant order shipping delivery issues feel like blatant robbery now. Since 3/22/2020 I have made only 10 orders. Out of the 10 orders - One was delivered to my apartment and stolen. Another time the driver didn't deliver because they refused to contact me in any way. Regarding my home residence, it is now 4 messed up deliveries. 2 stolen and 2 claimed to be delivered but like 2 other posters said here in this thread "were never delivered" AT ALL. None of those times was I refunded, discounted or compensated in any way. Many times my emails were Ignored. They got the money - I got Nothing. When they did respond (which was only twice) the delivery issues were blamed on the postal service. Yet I ordered from other businesses in the USA & China and everything came. So the excuse had to be fictional. I did notice every time Shopmissa is about to mess with the order they send a "late delivery" text. 2-3 weeks after I make the order. Then the order is randomly "on the way" about 1 - 2 weeks after that message and then the "delivered" message and NOTHING IS THERE. No postman on cameras. No delivery verification photo. That's why I think it's a scam. Its 2025 delivery companies inc. uber, skip the dish, door dash and basically everyone who delivers to our doors now sends a photo notification to verify proof of the delivery. Once I noticed the excuse/ripoff ignore trend from Shopmissa.com I started buying lashes on shein or temu. There's no sense in paying so much to get Nothing in return. No sorry, No help, No costumer service at all, even when I email. I never trusted them from the beginning so I always edit my cart down to 35$USD. I refuse to spend hundreds on ShopMissA.com because if the order doesn't arrive I won't be so upset. Funny thing is China uses UNIDelivery and I get every single order. So why pay more to get less. Or ignored. lol Shopmissa has diminished the trust i could have had in them as a reputable beauty provider. I'm not following any of their social media to help promote their brand for free either. I style celebrities and have a huge following so I can't put my reputation on the line for a company that steals from me like this.
