I am very disappointed with the service experience. Initially, I was informed that delivery would take 8–10 days, but later I was told it could take 15–35 business days, which is excessively long—especially since my order was placed on November 25, 2025. My package hasn't moved in weeks, and there has been minimal communication or effort to locate it. What is most frustrating is the absence of follow-up or accountability. I anticipated that someone would look into the status of my order or provide meaningful updates, but that never occurred. This situation has raised significant concerns about the company's reliability and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this handling, I cannot recommend them.
