Avoid at all costs - this company is not contactable by phone and only sends auto email responses - they offer free 30 day returns no questions but fail to give details on how so you can get refund , no detailed instructions on usuage and projecter incompatible, stick graphics are poor when compared to original platforms still in use on original systems and a lot of games repeated
Terrible customer service. Went back and forth and chasing up responses for 6 weeks!!
Projector clearly stated came with a projector screen. Didn’t come with one and refused to honour purchase description even though admitted was their mistake.
Nephew got exact same projector off Temu for $70!
Would love to know how to report to Australian commerce commission not living in Australia.

It's troubling that this business is allowed to operate under such conditions.

This is a total scam. I purchased it, but changed my mind almost immediately after realizing it didn't have the games I wanted. They ignored my request and then sent an email stating that their system processes orders too quickly to cancel. They offered help but I will be pursuing a refund.

This service is a scam! The projector is of very low quality. Customer support just keeps asking questions but ignores all further communication. I sent proof of the poor quality, but they never followed up. The address listed on their site is questionable. The products are not as advertised—it's all misleading!
