I recently had a very negative experience with an online florist that uses Shoppers Approved for customer ratings. While this company has consistently low reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot, Yelp, and Google Reviews, its ratings on Shoppers Approved appear unusually high.I attempted to leave an honest review to warn other consumers, but Shoppers Approved made the process unnecessarily difficult. I was repeatedly asked to submit my information, only to be told later that I had never provided it—despite the fact that I have date- and time-stamped screenshots proving otherwise.Eventually, I received a separate email link to submit a review. When I clicked the link, I was directed to a page asking whether I wanted to update a “previous” review allegedly submitted by me. This is concerning, as I have never left a review on Shoppers Approved before. I was also unable to view this supposed existing review or see what rating had already been assigned.Although I was ultimately able to submit my feedback, the existence of a review attributed to me and the excessive obstacles required just to leave a review raise serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of the review process.
