So to update. I inadvertently signed up for a subscription for this company and the email reminders were going into my spam box. I was'nt looking for them because I didn't realise I'd signed up.After my initial shock, I contacted the company and was very pleasantly surprised. Rather than a battle of backwards and forward emails, Nancy resolved the issue within days. Her emails were very professional, polite and apologetic. If this was a company I had chosen to use I would have been impressed by their customer relationships. I do however feel there needs to be far more transparency, as I'm not the ony one to have been caught out.
