I don’t particularly agree with how their business model works, it’s expensive and IMV unnecessary. I had an issue, Nancy was exceptional in her ability to sort out my problem and gave me a very satisfactory outcome within a couple of days. Customer service like this is now very hard to come by and I applaud her for this.
