I can't give 5* as this was a service I did not sign up to, very ambiguous subscription, HOWEVER, Nancy O responded to my subscription enquiry the same day and the following day, as a gesture of goodwill, I received a refund all 3 months of payments that had gone out of my account. Excellent customer service and effortless communication.
