The app is good on the whole but I have recently faced a few issues and it doesn't feel like support is doing much to help.Firstly, receipts are sometimes getting rejected as they have read the date wrong but there is no way for me to challenge this and its frustrating.Secondly, over the last month or so I have had numerous issues submitting email receipts. The first time they said they would let me know once fixed, I continued to try and some bound back and some didn't, no apology or tokens for those I could not submit though. Then not long after it seemed fixed it started happening again, emailed again and got the same response. No real information into why it keeps happening, no apology. Over the last month or so I have sent around 10 receipts that bounced back as undelivered, emails that I do not want to trawl through to find as some sent others didn't making it hard to keep track of. I have missed out on at least 300 points due to their errors but no mention of any tokens for the problems and missing tokens. It can take a while to build them up anyway, let alone in January so missing points when we have receipts is frustrating!Update - After speaking to the company they offered no help just that this issue was now fixed and wanted me to go through hundreds of emails to find all the ones that bounced back! When I said this didn’t seem fair after such a long period and chasing them they offered 50!! Tokens, the equivalent to just two receipts not sent on the day of purchase. I used to think this company was great, but the customer service Ive received is poor.
