I’m writing this to save other holiday shoppers from a mistake I made.I ordered items well ahead of Christmas as pre-orders. Delivery was delayed into late November. The items were given as a Christmas gift at the end of December. When they didn’t fit, the company refused any return or store credit.Their policy requires items shipped in November to be returned by the first business day of January. That means a Christmas gift given on December 25 would have to be returned within days — before most people even exchange gifts.This policy may be posted somewhere, but it is completely incompatible with real-world holiday gifting, especially when fulfillment is delayed.If you’re buying gifts (or frankly anything from Priceless), understand that you may be stuck with items that can’t be returned, even if unworn and given in good faith. I won’t make that mistake again.
