Within minutes I tried to change the shipping address and was told I could not. I wasn’t trying to change the items ordered or cancel (per the agreement). I was hoping in the next screen I would be able to confirm/update information or see estimated delivery date. Never got those options and now I’m stuck with items not intended for me. As a first time buyer, Id hope for more accommodating customer service.
