It was my first time ordering from them. I placed a large order and many of the items were not true to the size chart and were very oversized for me. When I returned the items, the customer service (by email) was very good, and they offered to refund me as a one time courtesy since I did not realize their returns were for credit only. My returns arrived on 09/02 and 09/08. I reached out to them again on 09/12 via email and they replied to say they would try to locate my return packages for a refund before I get charged again via AfterPay again for items I already returned. I have not heard anything since this day, I also left voicemails on all available customer service extensions and no one returns my calls. What is the point of dedicating a phone number that no one answers? I will not shop from here again. There are larger companies with high volumes of orders that process returns more timely.
